I used Paper Artist on Android to get the picture effect, and TSRWorkshop to put the paintings in the Late Night Pin-Up frame.

Riverview sights cc paintings for your simmies.

These are in the Ambitions frame "Important Message for Posterity." They consist of in-game pictures of items throughout the Riverview World. There is a reflection because these frames have glass in them over the picture. :)

Sunset Valley cc pictures for your homes.

Here are some pictures I took in game of Sunset Valley. I placed them in the frame from the 70's, 80's, and 90's Stuff Pack using TSRWorkshop. There's four pictures in each sims3pack, and the frames are recolorable.

Here's how I did it. I took a picture in the game.

Sent the picture to my android phone and used an app called "Paper Artist" to apply different effects until I found one I loved.

Then I placed it in the frame with TSRWorkshop. Enjoy! :)
