Here's how I did it. I took a picture in the game.
Sent the picture to my android phone and used an app called "Paper Artist" to apply different effects until I found one I loved.
Then I placed it in the frame with TSRWorkshop. Enjoy! :)

Sunset Valley cc pictures for your homes.
Here are some pictures I took in game of Sunset Valley. I placed them in the frame from the 70's, 80's, and 90's Stuff Pack using TSRWorkshop. There's four pictures in each sims3pack, and the frames are recolorable.
